NOTICE – DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATiON
Take notice that a development permit (DP) application for the proposed discretionary use listed below has been submitted for consideration by the Development Authority in accordance with the Village of Lougheed’s Land Use BYLAW 776-18.

EXISTING ZONING R1: Residential Low Density Single Dwelling.
CURRENT USE: Residential
PROPOSED USE: Residential – Install Solar panels facing south.
The applicant has submitted a development permit application to place several solar panels on the roof facing south on an existing residential (R1) dwelling.
If you have any comments or objections about the proposed use, you may deliver a written statement to the Village Office. The statement must include your full name, address, and state any comments or objections about the proposed installation of exterior solar panels on the roof of the residence.
Written submissions regarding the proposed use must be received by NOON, July 31, 2026, to be taken into consideration.
