Take notice that a development permit (DP) application for the proposed discretionary use listed below has been submitted for consideration by the Development Authority in accordance with the Village of Lougheed’s Land Use BYLAW 776-18.

The applicant has submitted a development permit application to complete the exterior building improvements, including the front of the building.
If you have any comments or objections about the proposed use, you may deliver a written statement to the Village Office. The statement must include your full name, address, and state any comments or objections about the proposed renovations to this commercial building.
Written submissions regarding the proposed use must be received by NOON, July 31, 2026, to be taken into consideration.
