2020 TAXATION NOTICE & PROPERTY ASSESSMENT
The Village of Lougheed wishes to advise all ratepayers that the 2020 Property Assessment & Tax Notices have been mailed out, May 29, 2020. Due to COVID-19 Village of Lougheed has given tax payers an extra 2 months to be able to pay their 2020 taxes, to help avoid penalties, payment of your taxes must be made by September 31, 2020. If mailing your payment by cheque, please attach the return portion of your tax notice and allow 3-5 business days for its arrival. If paying online or via banking please allow 3-5 business days as well. If you feel that you have been unfairly assessed you may wish to file an assessment complaint. The forms may be picked up at the The Village of Lougheed Office (Tuesday – Thursday 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m.) or you may download the form from our website at: www.villageoflougheed.com/ Assessmentreviewboard.
The 2019 Assessment Roll for the 2020 Taxation year is open for public viewing. You may come into the Village Office to view the contents.
2015 TAXATION NOTICE & PROPERTY ASSESSMENT
The Village of Lougheed wishes to advise all ratepayers that the 2015 Property Assessment & Tax Notices have been mailed out. To avoid penalties, payment of your taxes must be made by August 14th, 2015.
If mailing your payment by cheque, please attach the return portion of your tax notice and allow 3-5 business days for its arrival. If paying online or via telephone banking please allow 3-5 business days as well.
If you feel that you have been unfairly assessed you may wish to file an assessment complaint. The forms may be picked up at the The Village of Lougheed Office (Tuesday – Thursday 9:00a.m.-4:30p.m.) or you may download the form from our website at: www.villageoflougheed.com/ Assesmentreviewboard.
